Headed to Terre Haute to watch @jocelynlong_ and @NDXCTF run NCAAs. It's been 7 years since her first race. Barely broke 15 for 2 miles. Now she's running with the best in the nation. So proud of her, and beyond lucky to have been a part of the ride. The best is yet to come.

There will be an informational meeting for winter conditioning after school on Monday. This is a general fitness program that is meant to help get athletes in shape for spring sports. It is not connected to track and XC! The meeting will be in room 106 (Bartlett's Room)
